【智慧軌道】西安地鐵8號線首個盾構區間順利貫通
11月13日上午(wu),隨著“爭(zheng)先號(hao)”盾構機刀盤破壁而出(chu),西安地(di)鐵8號(hao)線大白(bai)楊(yang)站~小白(bai)楊(yang)站區(qu)間(jian)左線順利貫(guan)通,這是8號(hao)線本期實施的首個(ge)貫(guan)通盾構區(qu)間(jian)。
地鐵8號線大白(bai)楊站~小(xiao)白(bai)楊站盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構區間(jian)(jian)長(chang)度(du)811.78米(mi), 隧道洞(dong)頂覆土18.85~24.58米(mi),區間(jian)(jian)周(zhou)邊建筑物密集,地面(mian)交通(tong)(tong)繁忙,地下管線眾多(duo)(duo),盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構施工(gong)(gong)面(mian)臨諸多(duo)(duo)困難。為(wei)保證施工(gong)(gong)安全(quan)(quan),參(can)建單位中鐵三局針對(dui)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構施工(gong)(gong)重難點(dian)提前謀劃,制定(ding)了(le)(le)安全(quan)(quan)高效(xiao)的掘(jue)進(jin)方案(an)和施工(gong)(gong)計劃,全(quan)(quan)時段監控盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構姿態(tai),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)掌控地面(mian)沉降變化情況,實時分析、動(dong)態(tai)調(diao)整(zheng)掘(jue)進(jin)參(can)數,對(dui)每環出土量進(jin)行(xing)質量、體積雙重把控,推動(dong)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構施工(gong)(gong)連續平穩(wen)進(jin)行(xing),實現了(le)(le)安全(quan)(quan)貫通(tong)(tong)的目標。
西(xi)安(an)地鐵8號線(xian)是(shi)我市(shi)(shi)軌道交(jiao)通線(xian)網中(zhong)最重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的骨干線(xian)路(lu)(lu),也是(shi)線(xian)網規劃中(zhong)的唯一一條環線(xian),線(xian)路(lu)(lu)貫穿雁塔(ta)、新(xin)(xin)城、灞(ba)橋、未央、蓮(lian)湖(hu)等5個行政區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)以及高新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、曲(qu)江新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、浐(chan)灞(ba)生態園區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、經開(kai)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、大興新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)等5個開(kai)發(fa)新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)。線(xian)路(lu)(lu)全長(chang)約50公里(li),共(gong)設站37座,其中(zhong)換乘站18座。該(gai)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)建成后,對緩(huan)解西(xi)安(an)市(shi)(shi)中(zhong)心城區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)交(jiao)通擁堵,促進(jin)城市(shi)(shi)發(fa)展具有重(zhong)(zhong)大意(yi)義。
